We provide a dedicated 1-year warranty for all electronic components and a comprehensive replacement/repair policy for initial delivery defects.
Delivery Defects
If your mirror arrives with any damage or manufacturing defect, we provide a **Replacement or Repair** free of charge.

What's Not Covered
Physical damage from accidents, misuse, or improper installation

Normal wear and tear or cosmetic changes over time
Unauthorized modifications or repairs by non-certified technicians
Damage during shipping (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery)
How to Make a Warranty Claim

Provide Documentation
Send us your proof of purchase (invoice/receipt), photos/videos of the issue, and the product serial number (located on the back of the mirror).
Assessment
Our technical team will review your claim within 24-48 hours to determine if it is an initial delivery defect or a 1-year electronics parts issue.
Resolution
Initial delivery defects are eligible for full replacement or immediate repair. For electronic components under the 1-year warranty, the resolution is fulfilled strictly via our dedicated repair service.
